Role Alignment

A role, described as the outcomes it needs. Then how each person and that role would actually meet.

You're not signed in. Browsing and the finished sample slate are open to everyone; running an assessment needs an account so the role and its record have somewhere to live—your first role is free.Sign in
The role
What this job seems to need

Reads as Punctuate work —from “decide”, “crisis”, with some Modulate in it.

Read from the duties as Call it. Rank at least 3 to weight the fit yourself—click them in order of importance.

What success looks like

Outcomes, not attributes. “Rebuild onboarding so activation doubles by Q3” tells you something; “eight years of experience” doesn't.

The culture—optional

In your own words—how you work, what gets rewarded, your mission or values. Stated culture gives every assessment a culture lens; skipping it just means none is claimed.

Not sure how to word it? Tap what’s true here—each tap writes it in below, and you can edit anything.

Open Mission Check ↗

Stated culture is the starting rung; a measured one carries more weight when that path opens. Mission Check opens in its own tab—your work here is safe either way.

Team fit

A team's phase coverage is the union of what its members are naturally aligned with—not an average of them. Add the people you work with and this reads what the group can absorb between them, where the strain lands, and what a hire would change.

Your team

A team read runs on people, and people have to be kept somewhere—so this one needs an account. Sign in and you can add colleagues by name, attach each person’s Stance result, and read what the group covers between them.

Coverage describes what a team is naturally aligned to absorb. It is not a ranking of people, and working outside a natural phase is a skill that can be built—a gap says where the cost will land without support, not what anyone is capable of.

The audit record

Every ranked slate this account has run, with the version of the scoring that produced it. Where local law regulates automated hiring tools, this is the file your auditor asks for—and it is the one thing that cannot be reconstructed later, because it is written at the moment of the decision or not at all.

No demographic information is collected here, ever. A bias audit computes selection rates by sex and race or ethnicity—those categories belong to you, gathered by your own voluntary self-identification, and joined to this export on candidateRef, a stable pseudonym salted per account so the same person assessed by two customers cannot be correlated across them. We do not ask candidates for them and we do not hold them.

UnicornWorks

UnicornWorks compares people against a role and ranks them. That ranking is one input to a decision a human makes, and never the decision. It is not a measure of anyone’s ability or worth, and it does not predict conduct—it describes how a way of working and a role’s demands would meet.

An assessment is only as strong as what it rests on, and every one states its own footing. The strongest rests on a Stance360 the candidate completed and shared for this role, with their acknowledgement recorded; the weakest is inferred from public signal with no input from them at all. Where a reading has no evidence behind it, it reports itself unavailable rather than being filled in. The person is always the best source on themselves.

Where local law regulates automated employment decision tools—including New York City—the employer using UnicornWorks is responsible for the candidate notices and the independent bias audit those laws require. We supply the record they rest on: every ranked slate, the version of the scoring that produced it, and an export built for an auditor. We collect no demographic information about candidates, ever.
